A few years ago, I hit rock bottom. On the outside, my life looked full. I had a family I loved, but inside I was drowning. Depression, old wounds, and limiting beliefs left me parenting from pain and questioning if I’d ever feel like myself again. I carried guilt for wanting more, fear of passing down the patterns I grew up with, and the heavy belief that I should be grateful but not ask for anything else.

My healing journey wasn’t perfect. It was messy, painful, and full of moments where I felt lost. But step by step, as I learned to reprogram my mind, forgive myself, and release what wasn’t mine to carry, everything began to shift. I showed up differently for my kids. My marriage softened. I felt lighter, calmer, and more at peace. Most importantly, I realized I was no longer passing my pain on to my children. I was breaking the cycle.

That’s why I created this free challenge. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure where to begin and I know how powerful small, consistent steps can be.
