You weren’t meant to live in survival mode.

I help moms heal from within, release guilt and generational patterns, and reconnect with themselves, so they can create a calmer, more aligned life for themselves and their children.

Not sure where to start? Start here.

The Mom Fog Quiz takes three minutes and helps you identify exactly which type of fog you are living in right now, and what that actually means for what you need.

What you think, you create.

What you feel, you attract.

What you imagine, you become.

Hi, I’m Juliana—and I see you.

Mid-Year Reset: 5 Questions to Ask Yourself Right Now

Mid-Year Reset: 5 Questions to Ask Yourself Right Now

June 17, 20263 min read

We are halfway through the year.

And before you scroll past that sentence and move on with your day, I want to ask you to pause for just a moment. Not to guilt-trip yourself about what you have or have not done. Not to measure your progress against a goal you set in January when everything felt possible.

Just to check in. Honestly.

Because the best reset I have ever experienced did not start with a plan. It started with a few honest questions. Questions that helped me see where I actually was, rather than where I said I wanted to be. And that clarity — even when it was uncomfortable — was the thing that made everything else possible.

Here are five questions to help you do the same.

Question 1: Who was I becoming at the start of this year?

Not what did you want to achieve. Not what goals did you set. Who did you want to be becoming?

Was there a feeling you wanted to move toward? A version of yourself you were trying to step into? A quality of life, or of relationship with yourself, that felt possible and worth reaching for?

Sit with that for a moment. Hold it clearly.

Question 2: How close am I to that person right now?

Not perfectionistically. Not in a way that requires everything to have gone exactly to plan.

Just honestly: are you moving toward the person you wanted to become? Or have you drifted somewhere else? And if you have drifted, where have you drifted to, and what took you there?

This is information. Not evidence of failure. Information.

Question 3: What have I let go of this year, even quietly?

This question is about giving yourself credit for the invisible work.

What belief is slightly looser than it was in January? What reaction came a little more slowly? What did you choose differently, even once, when the old pattern would have been automatic?

Healing is almost always quieter than we expect. The evidence is in the small choices. Look for them.

Question 4: What am I still carrying that was never mine to carry?

This is the one that usually uncovers the most.

What weight are you still holding that was given to you rather than chosen by you? Whose expectations are you still living inside? What responsibility has somehow become yours that was never meant to be?

You are allowed to put things down. Even things you have been holding for a very long time.

Question 5: If I could give the second half of this year one intention, what would it be?

Not a goal. Not a plan. An intention.

A quality you want to move toward. A way of being you want to practice. A direction — not a destination.

One intention is enough. More than one and it becomes another performance. One, held gently, can change everything.

You have six months left. That is not nothing.

The second half of this year is still entirely open. And who you show up as for it — that is something you get to decide right now.

If you want more clarity about where you actually are and what you actually need, the Mom Fog Quiz is a beautiful starting point.
