You Are Not Broken. You Are Running on Old Programming.

This one is for the mama who has been trying to fix herself for years.

The one who has done the research. Bought the books. Tried therapy. Followed the routines, the affirmations, the journaling prompts. Who has done everything the internet says you should do to feel better.

And still ends up in the same place on a Tuesday afternoon. Overwhelmed. Exhausted. Wondering if this is just who she is.

I want to say something to you very directly, from someone who has been exactly where you are:

You are not broken. You were never broken. You are a woman running on old programming that was never meant to serve you.

What old programming actually looks like

Old programming is the belief that rest has to be earned. That your worth is tied to your productivity. That you are not the kind of person who gets to feel peace.

It is the voice that says you are too much and not enough at the same time. The guilt that follows you into every quiet moment. The way you keep ending up in the same emotional spiral even when you know, rationally, that you want something different.

These are not personality flaws. They are patterns. Programmes running quietly in the background, shaped by everything you experienced, absorbed, and inherited long before you had any say in the matter.

And here is the most important thing I want you to hear: patterns can be changed. Because you learned them. And anything you learned, you can unlearn.

Healing is not about fixing what is broken.

That reframe changed everything for me.

For a long time I approached my own healing like a project. There was something wrong with me, and I needed to fix it. I needed to be more disciplined, more positive, more consistent. I needed to try harder.

But the moment I stopped asking 'what is wrong with me?' and started asking 'what am I carrying?', everything shifted.

Because what I was carrying was heavy. Three deep depression crises. A brain surgery. Years of grief and expectation and doing everything for everyone else while quietly losing myself somewhere in the middle.

That was not a flaw. That is what happens when no one ever shows you a different way.

Healing started when I began to treat myself with the same compassion I would give my best friend. When I stopped trying to fix myself and started trying to understand myself.

The A.L.I.G.N. Method: the path I built so you do not have to find it alone.

After years of piecing this together, I created The A.L.I.G.N. Method because I wanted there to be a clear, gentle, structured path for mamas doing this work. Not another checklist or motivation hit. A real process.

A is for Acknowledge and Awaken. Stopping pretending you are fine and starting to face what is really there.

L is for Let Go. Releasing the beliefs, the guilt, the weight that was never yours to carry in the first place.

I is for Identify and Rewire. Getting to the actual root of your patterns and starting to change them, for real, not just on the surface.

G is for Ground in Faith and Purpose. Reconnecting to who you actually are underneath all of it.

N is for Navigate Your New Reality. Building the sustainable tools for your healed, whole, actual life.

This is the work I did. This is the method I wish had existed when I was at my lowest. And it is almost here.
